The following speakers have been invited to make presentations and have accepted our invitation:

- Professor Kristen Lippincott, Director, Royal Observatory Greenwich
- Mr. Ron Miller, Space Artist
- Professor Paul Murdin, Institute of Astronomy, Cambridge, former Director PPARC
- Professor John North, University of Oxford (History of Philosophy)
- Professor Clive Ruggles, University of Leicester (Archaeoastronomy)
Other Events
During the meeting there will be receptions at the Ashmolean Museum, the Christ Church Picture Gallery, and the Museum of History of Science. The traditional banquet will be held at the Magdalen College dining hall.
We are planning a day-trip to the Wiltshire Plain. On the itinerary is an early-morning visit to the Neolithic site of Stonehenge, guided by Prof. Clive Ruggles, with a tour of the Avebury monuments, and lunch at the Keillor Museum, which is located in Avebury, also. As time permits, a visit to the Silbury Hill may be possible on this excursion.
Also, the possibility of a related art exhibition is being explored.
